The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

    Good bargain as the price

    Headset capability

    wanted a phone that would accept a headset - so many remote meetings with covid. This does the job (although most meetings recently have been by zoom or ms teams - so no need for phone

    Easy to change and money saving
